Seller’s Return Policy:

Unless you have received a damaged or defective product or a product different than the one you have ordered, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our premises.

Under this return policy, no refund would be initiated for return of any product(s). The User will be entitled only for either replacement or repair of the Products as per the policy of the SoundsWay mentioned herein. In case of defective product received, User will have to contact Customer Care number +91 9620096600 within 2 days from the date of delivery and customer care team shall support the User through telephonic call to resolve the defect. The warranty condition shall apply.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are allowed when the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Product must be in its Original condition
  • Brand packing ought to be in place.
  • Only unused, unaltered, sealed, unsoiled items will be acknowledged
  • Replacement or repairs are allowed if there is any manufacturing defects
  • Replacements will be made if item is available on website & availability of stock at our premises.

If the Products delivered by us are wrong, Different from product you order, or damaged/defective the receiver should take the photo of the damaged part and send to us within 48hrs of product received. You are responsible for shipping the product back to our address. All returns must be authorised and the return shipment must be mailed within 5 days of receiving the original shipment.

Cancellations & Refund policy:

If you would like to cancel an order that you have recently placed, please fill and submit the Contact Us form or call us as soon as possible at +91-9620096600 and quote your order number. If the shipment has not left our facility, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. If it has left our facility or delivered, you will not receive refund for the product.

In case of cancellation of order, we deduct 2.5% of the total amount and then process the refund. This includes the payment gateway charges and the processing fee.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping the items.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

SoundsWay.com reserve all right to cancel an order on non-availability of the product or other reasons.
